Beans' Weekly Wrap: Week 4

How does LSU do it? Les Miles must make some great adjustments or give great halftime speeches because no program in the nation consistently turns it on in the second half quite like the Bayou Bengals do... Florida beat Tennessee for the fourth straight year, and it was a blowout for the second straight year. At what point does Phil Fulmer need to go? He looked and acted like a desperate man on the sidelines Saturday night... Javon Ringer is not only going to be a Heisman candidate, he's going to be a star at the next level... You read it in this space last week, East Carolina wasn't going to go undefeated... Vandy is 4-0 and don't tell Phil Fulmer now but they may be the best team in the state... We're going to see a lot of Terrelle Prior this year and you won't hear too many people outside of the Boeckman family complaining about that... Wake Forest is looking like the class of the ACC... The way Nick Saban has turned Alabama into a contender so quickly is borderline unbelievable... Really nice win for Colorado on Thursday night over what was supposed to be a very good West Virginia team. The Buffs could be a Big XII contender next year, right now they are young and talented but are going to take some lumps in conference... Does anyone other than USC play football in the Pac-10?... Rutgers has totally fallen apart. They're 0-3 and now Mike Teel is swinging at teammates on the sideline. It's not going to get any prettier either, as they have the toughest schedule in the Big East from here on out. They may not even win four games... Good job by our own Big Baby Dean as he went 5-0 in his college picks this past weekend...
